John Bourgoin
For more than 30 years., John has been a member of the USEA and competed in USEA events. John has competed through the advanced level in both the US and Canada. He owns and operates Arbrook Farm in North Ferrisburgh, VT with his wife Alice.
Andrea Monsarrat Waldo
Andrea Waldo has been a riding instructor and horse trainer since 1996. She is co-owner of Triple Combination Farm in Ferrisburgh, VT, where she trains horses and riders of all ages and abilities in eveting and dressage. Andrea has competed through the Advanced Level in eventing and through Third Level in dressage, She has brought along multiple horses from the very beginning of their training. She is the author of the popular book, "Brain Training for Riders", and offers StressLess Riding Performance Coaching in workshops, clinics, and individual sessions to help riders of all levels improve their confidence and performance.
Catie Hill Waterman
Catherine Hill Waterman, is a USDF bronze, silver and gold medalist with an “r” judging license. Graduating from the “L” program with distinction in 2009. Starting in the hunter and equitation ring as a small child, she moved into the eventing world in high school. She evented through Training level in high school and then spent a year in France at the Cadre Noir, specializing in dressage and learning the classical "legerity". There she rode many horses and even got to sit the "airs above the ground". On returning home, Catie got her Bachelors degree in English Literature at UNC Chapel Hill and became a working student for two years for Cindy Sydnor, who studied under Karl Mikolka of the Spanish Riding School. Upon returning to VT, Catie became the assistant trainer to Ellen Miller and began to grow EMRS LLC into what it is today. Along the way she has ridden with Gunnar Ostergaard, Kathy Connelly, Ulla Salzgeber, Henk van Bergen, and most recently with Jacquie Brooks and Bill Warren.
She has trained her horse Cameo, to the Grand Prix and shown the small tour CDI. Her current projects include her two homebred Dutch Warmbloods, Lorenzo (PSG/I1) and Lena (4th Level). Still a huge fan of jumping, Catie has helped many jumper and equitation riders gymnasticize their horses and improve their flat work.
